Chunky Knitwear by HOPE MACAULAY – Two Looks going from Feminine to Casual

We are very happy to welcome HOPE MACAULAY to our shop! Hope Macaulay designs unique and sumptuous knitwear using sustainable materials such as luxurious merino wool and vegan, biodegradable nylon. Her garments are ethically produced by her team of seventeen knitters in Northern Ireland. When the shipment arrived and we saw the bright colors, the entire NOBANANAS team was on fire. In no time, each of us was wearing one of the luxurious cardigans, sweaters and accessories and didn't want to take it off. Bärbel has picked out her two favorite models and will show you how to wear the fancy knitwear in a clever and everyday way!

Our butter-soft HOPE MACAULAY merino wool garments are made with oversized needles and sometimes literally by hand, by knitting the stitches together with the fingers – without any additional tools. Each item is made to order, to avoid overproduction, to use resources responsibly and to encourage responsible consumerism.
