Terms & conditions for discount codes and gift vouchers
Unless otherwise agreed, the following conditions shall apply to the redemption of discount codes and gift vouchers (NOBANANAS Gift Vouchers):
1. Discount codes
1.1 Applicability
Discount codes can only be used once and lose their validity after completion of the order. Discounts cannot be combined and only one code can be applied to any order. The value of discount voucher will not be paid out in cash, nor will it accrue any claim of refund.
1.2 Validity
The validity of the discount codes is limited to a certain period of time and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. The validity cannot be extended. It is not possible to apply vouchers retrospectively.
1.3 Minimum order value
The minimum order value of our discount codes may vary and the respective information regarding the applicable terms will be added to the information given to you with the discount code. If items are returned and the minimum order value falls below the mentioned value, we reserve the right to charge you the original price for the merchandise you retain. Discount codes granted when signing up for the newsletter released by NOBANANAS are only valid if the order value reaches the minimum of 50 Euros.
1.4 Refunds
In case of refunds, only the reduced price will be refunded. Discount codes will not be refunded if all or some of the merchandise is returned. In case a discount code was given to the consumer basket consisting of more than one article, the reduced price will be prorated among the returned items.
1.5 In the event of non-fulfillment
If the order containing articles bought with discount codes are not fulfilled, discount codes lose value and claim.
2. Online vouchers (NOBANANAS Gift Vouchers)
2.1 General information
With the purchase or use of a NOBANANAS Gift Voucher, you accept our terms and conditions (T&Cs). NOBANANAS Gift Vouchers are only available in digital form. So when buying a NOBANANAS Gift Voucher you won’t have to pay any shipping fee. The current version of the terms and conditions is always published here.
2.2 Payment
We accept all payment methods available in our NOBANANAS online shop as payment for NOBANANAS Gift Vouchers.
2.3 Shipping
We will send the NOBANANAS Gift Voucher with a 6-digit voucher code within 48 hours after receipt of your order or after receipt of payment as a digital PDF-file to the e-mail address you provide at your check-out. If you wish to have the gift voucher sent to another e-mail address, please let us know immediately. You can print out the NOBANANAS Gift Voucher at home or forward the PDF via e-mail. We are not liable for any typing errors in the recipient's e-mail address. We are also not liable for loss, theft, misuse or delayed transmission (e.g. due to technical difficulties) of NOBANANAS Gift Vouchers.
2.4 Applicability
The minimum order value when redeeming a NOBANANAS Gift Voucher is equal to the value of the voucher. The credit balance of the NOBANANAS Gift Voucher can only be redeemed in full, i.e. as a total amount, when ordering online. A partial redemption or a splitting of the voucher amount onto several online orders is not possible. If the NOBANANAS Gift Voucher does not have enough credit to cover your purchase in full, you can pay the balance using any other payment method we accept. A maximum of one NOBANANAS Gift Voucher can be redeemed per online order. NOBANANAS Gift Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotion vouchers, are not applicable to shipping costs and can only be used for the purchase of goods, not for the purchase of further gift vouchers.
NOBANANAS Gift Vouchers or their credit balances cannot be paid out in cash, transferred against value or offset against open claims. A resale of NOBANANAS Gift Vouchers is not permitted. The Gift Voucher is transferable.
2.5 Validity
The NOBANANAS Gift Vouchers are available in the NOBANANAS Online Shop with credits according to the following scale
EUR 20.00 / EUR 50.00 / EUR 100.00 / EUR 200.00
The NOBANANAS Gift Voucher is valid for three years from date of issue. The date of issue is always noted on the NOBANANAS Gift Voucher. After the expiration of the validity period, the NOBANANAS Gift Voucher can neither be used for purchases, nor reactivated, nor can the remaining value be refunded.
All NOBANANAS Gift Vouchers are excluded from exchange.
2.6 Refunds
If, in the case of a return of goods, the original invoice amount of your order minus shipping costs corresponds to the value of the redeemed NOBANANAS Gift Voucher, or if you return all items of an order, the corresponding NOBANANAS Gift Voucher will be reactivated and you can use the voucher code again for your next order. Please note that the reactivation may take 24 hours after processing your return, due to technical reasons. If the value of the returned goods exceeds the original invoice amount of your order minus shipping costs, the difference will be credited to your NOBANANAS Gift Voucher and you can use it again with your next order. This remaining credit can only be redeemed in full, i.e. as a total amount. A partial redemption or a splitting of the voucher amount onto several online orders is not possible. Please note that, for technical reasons, the crediting of the remaining amount may take 24 hours after processing your return.
2.7 In the event of non-fulfillment
If the order containing articles bought with discount codes are not fulfilled, discount codes lose value and claim.
